About the Role
We are looking for a Client Success & Programme Coordinator to support US participants and institutional clients through their GEL journey, working remotely in US hours.
Experience in client success, enrollment support, or program coordination in education or premium services.
Familiarity with supporting families through international program logistics (travel, documentation, preparation).
Exposure to institutional account support (schools, universities).
Strong written communication for parent and administrator audiences.
Comfort coordinating across US–UK–India time zones.
Key Responsibilities
You will be the American voice of GEL from enrolment through alumni.
Guide enrolled US families through pre-departure: documentation, travel guidance, preparation webinars, expectation setting.
Support institutional clients — schools and universities sending cohorts — with rosters, parent sessions, and administrative coordination.
Handle US-hours enquiries and escalations with warmth and precision; coordinate resolutions with UK/India delivery teams.
Run post-programme touchpoints: feedback collection, testimonials, alumni engagement, re-enrolment nurturing.
Maintain CRM records and produce client health reports.
Support US BD with renewal groundwork and referral generation.
Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate makes every family feel personally looked after.
Bachelor's degree.
2–5 years in client success, admissions support, or program coordination.
Exceptional written and phone communication with parent/administrator audiences.
Highly organized with strong multi-stakeholder follow-through.
Preferred Qualifications
Study-abroad, summer program, or international education experience.
Experience working with distributed international teams.
Familiarity with safeguarding and minor-participant protocols.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary of $55,000–$75,000 based on experience.
Health insurance stipend.
Remote-first with occasional programme travel to Cambridge.
