About the Role
We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to build our executive education business in India, based in Mumbai.
Experience selling executive education, leadership programmes, or premium B2B services to CXOs and HR leaders.
Familiarity with L&D budget owners (CHROs, L&D heads) and founder communities.
Exposure to ₹5–25L ticket consultative sales.
Comfort engaging senior executives as peers.
Familiarity with corporate procurement and nomination processes.
Key Responsibilities
You will fill executive cohorts with India's senior leaders and founders.
Build pipeline across corporates (CHRO/L&D route), founder networks, and industry bodies for executive programmes.
Sell nominations and corporate cohorts; structure group deals with L&D departments.
Develop channel relationships with CEO forums, chambers, and alumni networks.
Own revenue targets per cohort; manage the nomination-to-enrolment funnel with high-touch follow-through.
Host preview events and webinars with Cambridge faculty to build pipeline.
Gather participant outcomes for testimonials and repeat-cohort sales.
Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate holds the room with CXOs and closes premium programmes.
Graduate degree; MBA preferred.
5–8 years selling executive education, premium services, or CXO-level solutions.
Track record of high-ticket closures with senior-executive buyers.
Exceptional English communication and executive presence.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience at an executive education provider, B-school exec-ed division, or leadership consultancy.
Existing CXO/founder network in Mumbai/Bangalore ecosystems.
International programme or study-tour selling experience.
