About the Role
We are looking for an Admissions Counselor to convert student and parent enquiries into enrolments, based in Delhi NCR.
Experience counselling students/parents for study-abroad, test prep, or premium education programmes.
Familiarity with consultative phone/video sales to families.
Exposure to CRM-managed lead funnels and follow-up cadences.
Understanding of overseas education aspirations of Indian families.
Comfort with evening/weekend calling windows when parents are available.
Key Responsibilities
You will guide families from first enquiry to confirmed seat.
Handle inbound enquiries from digital campaigns, school events, and referrals; run structured counselling calls with students and parents.
Articulate programme value — Cambridge immersion, skills, university-application edge — against cost objections.
Manage the funnel: follow-ups, brochure walk-throughs, application assistance, payment coordination.
Hit monthly enrolment targets per cohort with clean CRM hygiene.
Coordinate with programme operations on visa timelines and documentation handoffs.
Feed campaign insights (objections, drop-off reasons) to marketing.
Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate earns a family's trust in one call.
Graduate degree in any discipline.
1–3 years in admissions counselling, study-abroad advisory, or education inside sales.
Fluent English and Hindi with warm, credible phone presence.
Target-driven with strong follow-through.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling international summer schools or high-ticket programmes (₹2L+).
Familiarity with UK education landscape.
Regional language fluency (Telugu, Tamil, or Marathi) for school-belt markets.
