About the Role
We are looking for a Programme Manager to own end-to-end cohort delivery, based in Delhi NCR with international travel during programmes.
Experience managing group travel, events, or educational programme operations.
Familiarity with UK visa processes (Standard Visitor visas, group applications).
Exposure to vendor management: accommodation, transport, catering, venues.
Comfort managing participant communications at scale (parents, executives, educators).
Familiarity with budgeting and cost control for programmes/events.
Key Responsibilities
You will run cohorts from enrolment confirmation to alumni handoff.
Own pre-departure operations: visa guidance and documentation, travel coordination, participant onboarding packs, parent/sponsor communication.
Manage on-ground delivery at Cambridge and other venues — schedules, faculty coordination, accommodation, transport, contingencies.
Travel with cohorts as programme lead; handle issues in real time with calm authority.
Manage vendor contracts and programme budgets to margin targets.
Run post-programme workflows: certificates, feedback, testimonials, alumni community induction.
Continuously improve delivery playbooks and safety/safeguarding protocols.
Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate is an operational perfectionist who stays calm when flights cancel.
Graduate degree in any discipline.
3–6 years in programme operations, group travel, MICE, or educational tour management.
Proven international group-handling experience.
Strong written English for participant and university communication.
Preferred Qualifications
UK/Europe programme or student-tour delivery experience.
Safeguarding training or experience managing minor participants.
Budget ownership of ₹50L+ programmes.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary of ₹7,00,000–₹11,00,000 based on experience.
