About the Role

We are looking for a Mobile App Developer to own our consumer app, based in Bangalore or remote across India.

• Experience building and publishing Flutter apps (or strong React Native with willingness to switch).

• Familiarity with state management, offline caching, and API integration.

• Exposure to camera-based features (menu scanning, barcode/QR reading).

• Experience with app store release cycles, crash monitoring, and analytics.

• Familiarity with personalization-driven UX (profiles, preferences, filters).

Key Responsibilities

You will make the Foodbud app the daily companion for allergy-aware and health-conscious eaters.

• Build core app journeys: dietary profile setup, restaurant discovery, personalised menu views, allergen alerts.

• Implement camera scanning flows for menus and QR codes with graceful fallbacks.

• Deliver smooth performance on mid-range devices and patchy networks.

• Integrate analytics to understand engagement; iterate on retention-driving features.

• Own releases across Play Store and App Store with high crash-free rates.

• Collaborate with ML and backend on personalization APIs.
