We are looking for an enthusiastic junior developer committed to building functional AI agents and applying theoretical concepts to real-world applications.

This position provides a hands-on learning environment where you will work closely on the design, development, testing, and documentation of AI agents that process text, files, voice, and video inputs.

If you possess a strong interest in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and automation, this role offers an ideal opportunity for growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI agents powered by Large Language Models (LLMs)

• Build agents capable of handling diverse inputs, including text, files (PDFs, documents, structured data), voice (speech-to-text and text-to-speech), and video or images where applicable

• Experiment with agent-based workflows, specialized tools, and memory management systems

• Assess AI agents for accuracy, performance, and the management of edge cases

• Document agent behaviors, prompt engineering strategies, workflows, and technical insights

• Stay current with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and industry best practices

Desired Qualifications

• A proven interest in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI

• Foundational knowledge of Python, .Net APIs, and RESTful principles

• Experience using Claude Code within a daily development workflow

• Familiarity with tools such as OpenAI/LLM APIs, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or comparable frameworks

• Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills

• Exceptional documentation skills (highly essential)

Ideal Candidates

• Design and develop backend APIs, services, and data models

• Create responsive and high-performance user interfaces for the frontend

• Manage AI orchestration, including the coordination of multiple LLM providers, voice AI, and real-time systems

• Implement integrations with third-party platforms such as ATS systems, calendars, and email services

• Optimize full-stack performance, ranging from database queries to frontend bundle sizes
