Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to lead the visual and interactive evolution of our digital products. You will bridge the gap between user needs and technical feasibility to deliver intuitive, high-fidelity designs.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end design process from conceptualization to final hand-off.

• Conduct user research and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process maps to communicate interaction ideas.

• Design elegant user interfaces for web and mobile platforms using industry-standard tools.

• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure design integrity during implementation.

• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure brand consistency.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must demonstrate a strong foundation in design principles and a portfolio of successful projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong digital portfolio.

• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design (UCD) and responsive design principles.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design choices to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion design or micro-interactions.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for better developer collaboration.

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
