About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to run multiple concurrent client engagements end-to-end, working remotely across India with overlap into US client hours.

• Exposure to software delivery across web, cloud, and AI projects.

• Familiarity with agile tooling (Linear, Jira, Notion) and sprint operations.

• Experience with client-facing status reporting and escalation management.

• Understanding of modern stacks (React, Node.js, Python, cloud) sufficient to challenge estimates.

• Exposure to scoping, SOWs, and change-request management.

• Familiarity with US-client working norms and async communication.

Key Responsibilities

You will own delivery health for 2–4 client engagements simultaneously, from kickoff through handover.

• Run project kickoff, onboarding, and the 1–2 week alignment phase with client engineering teams.

• Plan sprints, manage scope, and keep engagements on budget and timeline across concurrent projects.

• Lead client check-ins and detailed status updates; surface risks early and manage escalations directly.

• Translate between client stakeholders and BetaCrew engineers — pressure-test estimates and unblock the team.

• Manage change requests, scope creep, and SOW amendments with commercial awareness.

• Track delivery metrics and drive retrospectives that actually change how the team works.

Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate is technical enough to earn engineers' respect and organized enough to run several clients at once.

• B.Tech/B.E, MCA, or MBA with a technical undergraduate degree.

• 4–6 years managing software delivery, with at least 2 years in a client-services or consulting environment.

• Proven track record running multiple concurrent projects with distributed teams.

• Excellent written and spoken English for US client communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior hands-on software engineering experience.

• Experience delivering AI/ML or data projects.

• PMP, CSM, or equivalent delivery certification.
