About the Role
We are looking for a Client Success Manager to own relationships with our US-based clients, based in our Bangalore office with US-hours overlap.
Experience managing B2B client relationships, ideally US or international.
Familiarity with HR, payroll, or compliance-adjacent services.
Exposure to QBRs, reporting packs, and escalation management.
Comfort with evening-IST calls and async written updates.
Understanding of EOR/outsourcing service models.
Key Responsibilities
You will be each client's single point of accountability from onboarding through renewal.
Own a portfolio of US client accounts: onboarding, monthly payroll-cycle communication, and compliance-proof delivery.
Run monthly/quarterly reviews with clear reporting on headcount, filings, and costs.
Coordinate internally across payroll, HR ops, and accounting to resolve client requests fast.
Manage escalations directly — own the problem, communicate honestly, close the loop.
Identify expansion opportunities: additional hires, PEO add-ons, accounting services.
Gather feedback and drive service improvements with the Director.
Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate is trusted by clients and relentless internally.
Graduate in any discipline; MBA a plus.
3–5 years in client success, account management, or client servicing for B2B services.
Excellent written and spoken English for US executive communication.
Structured, proactive, and calm under escalation.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience at an EOR, staffing, BPO, or outsourced services firm serving US clients.
Working knowledge of Indian payroll/statutory concepts.
Track record of account expansion or high retention.
