Company Overview
Aether Blue Associates is an India-specialist Employer of Record helping US companies hire and employ teams in India without an entity. We are a registered Indian employer with complete statutory infrastructure — EPF, ESI, TDS, GST, and Professional Tax — known for director-level service and audit-ready transparency.
About the Role
We are looking for a Payroll & Statutory Compliance Specialist to own monthly payroll and filings for our EOR workforce, based in our Gurugram office.
Experience with EPF ECR filing and UAN management.

Working knowledge of state-wise Professional Tax schedules.
Understanding of the new Labour Codes wage definition (50% rule).
Familiarity with payroll software and Excel-based registers.
Key Responsibilities
You will run the statutory engine our clients pay us to get right, every month, on time.
Process end-to-end monthly payroll for EOR employees across multiple client accounts and states.
File EPF ECR, ESI returns, TDS (24Q), and Professional Tax on the statutory calendar with zero missed deadlines.

Maintain audit-ready payroll registers, challans, and filing proofs shared with clients monthly.
Handle employee queries on payslips, PF transfers, and tax declarations.
Track regulatory changes and update internal checklists and client cost sheets.

Direct mentorship from the Director on client compliance operations.
