About the Role
We are looking for an Accounts Executive to manage client books and our internal accounting, based in our Gurugram office.
Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or comparable cloud accounting (QuickBooks, Xero, Tally).
Familiarity with GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconciliation.
Exposure to export-of-services invoicing, LUT, and FIRC/FIRA documentation.
Understanding of TDS (non-salary) deduction and returns.
Experience with bank reconciliations and receivables follow-up.
Comfort with USD invoicing and multi-currency entries.
Key Responsibilities
You will keep client books clean and our own compliance immaculate.
Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping on Zoho Books for multiple client accounts — entries, categorization, reconciliations.
Raise USD invoices, track receivables, and follow up professionally with US clients.
Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports clients' finance teams can audit any day.
File GST returns on time; manage LUT renewals and export documentation (FIRC/FIRA).
Handle non-salary TDS deductions, deposits, and returns (26Q).
Support the Director on audits, vendor payments, and internal finance hygiene.
Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate is meticulous, deadline-bound, and fluent in cloud accounting.
B.Com/M.Com; CA-Inter a plus.
2–4 years of accounting experience including GST and TDS compliance.
Hands-on cloud accounting proficiency.
Strong Excel and reconciliation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with export-of-services clients or USD billing.
Multi-client bookkeeping (CA firm or outsourced accounting background).
Zoho ecosystem familiarity (Books, Payroll, People).

Annual salary of ₹4,00,000–₹6,50,000 based on experience.
